Refund & Shipping Policy

As a small business, please understand that our processing, shipping + handling timeframe is longer than big corporate business's.

Processing

We can only begin processing your order after receiving your payment and verifying it.

  • It takes 1-2 weeks (usually less than 5 days) to process standard orders.
  • 3-4 weeks for pre-order items (labeled in the item description).
After processing, we will ship your order as soon as we are able.

If an item is needed by a certain date, please email us prior to purchasing to see if we can get it to you by the date needed. It is not always guaranteed, but we will try our best.



Shipping

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 2-3 business days for it to update into the system.

Free Locs does not cover re-shipment fees, with the exception of an address error on our end. You will be required to repay your original shipping fee via PayPal if order reshipment is needed.




Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time.



Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at  contact@shopfreelocs.com

Processing time for exchange products will vary (1-3 weeks) depending on shipment location.
